The living space fills with sun and a beautiful entrance with baby grand piano welcomes you.  This leads to the dining room where you can enjoy meals around the bespoke oak table and a lounge with comfortable sofas.  There is a games room with snooker table.

A well equipped kitchen overlooks the pool area, a great place to hang out and whip up delicious meals or have your own bake-off!

In the evenings retire to one of the beautifully styled bedrooms with comfy beds and fine linen, fluffy towels  and hairdryers.  You will find ensuite super king rooms on the first floor and more generous rooms on the top floor and a dorm style room with four single beds.  The top floor rooms share two family bathrooms with stand alone bath and generous walk in shower.  There is a lounge area on the landing with smart TV and play station.

Down below we have a great cinema room for movie nights.

There is parking for several cars, a grassy lawn to the right of the building with a jungle gym for the children and a swimming pool at the back.  An entertainment terrace surrounds the swimming pool which is well equipped with bar and cooking facilities.

There is an American pool table and a boules pitch near the pool area and loungers invite you to relax with a book in the sunshine.
